More usual partisan idiocy from DR's resident Canadian dipshit who has no clue as to how things work here in America yet refuses to take that fact as a good reason to shut the fuck up. Case-in-point: Amusement park rides are regulated by state agencies, not Federal agencies. Neither the President nor the Federal government have any jurisdiction when it comes to incidents such as these. Now, the Feds can determine what kind of rides are legal to *manufacture and sell* here in America, but it's ultimately up to the states when it comes to establishing and enforcing regulations which pertain to the set-up, operation, inspection, and maintenance of such rides. And even if the Feds completely abandoned any regulations on such manufacturers, each individual state can still set its own regulations and prohibitions beyond whatever the Feds mandate. So seriously, Martano, read a book every now and then. And in the meantime, go waddle your little bullshit woke act over to the political sub-forum. No one wants to hear that bullshit here. P.S. Oh, and I didn't vote for Trump.  |
