It's because the camera flips the image when it's in "selfie mode" you can also notice when he switches the camera to his dumb face that he isn't wearing a seat belt. So when he is "on the floor" and rolls that junker ass piece of shit he and his buddy got put into spin cycle in a hurry, if he was alive after the crash it wasn't for very long.
