Officer + Kidnap Victim Dead in a Car
On the morning of 15th June 2019 in Guadalajara (Mexico), a man + a woman were murdered. The woman had been kept captive on a farm for the last 3 days. She had managed to escape + was being escorted in a police car. Gunmen on a motorbike approached the car + shot 10 times, killing the 2 occupants + injuring a passerby.

Seems like at any given moment, the cartels could just take right over, if they weren't at war with each other.

It always amazes me how Police in other countries let the public get right into the middle of crime scenes and accidents. I mean, in video one, they are leaning against the car looking in the windows. Cops here in the states would have a perimeter of at least 30 yards roped off not letting anyone anyone get any closer than that.

I think the same thing when I watch a TV detective show. "Little old lady, there is no way you will get within 100 yards of the murder scene, the cops aren't going to tell you anything, and you AIN'T gonna solve any murder."
