Re: Officer Involved Shooting in San Diego
So the kid was disabled ?? ..... lucky I referred to them as an "it" ........ The disabled are not real people, but they do make great human shields - as (a) they don't fight back and (b) their wheelchairs can help deflect gunshots. My favourite type of disabled are those with spina bifida ...... because their squat stature makes them easy to transport in the trunk of the car. yeah, yeah, I know, I'm going to Hell. |

Re: Officer Involved Shooting in San Diego
Though justified, killing another human being is an ugly affair! The sights, sounds, smells, and death itself being rendered is very traumatic! Those officers will never forget that day....and, in my opinion, all officers, regardless of rank, should receive mandatory counselling over a set period of time, throughout their careers! As well, seeing their efforts of trying to save his life, is heroic, and goes a long way in showing us civilians not only their true grit, but their true character as well!
