Off Duty Cop Shoots Other Cop in the Head when Approached by Shooting Criminals
A 34-year-old Brazilian military policeman, whose name was not disclosed, was arrested for the death of fellow Brigadier L. O, 37. The police officer shot the other PM in the head at around 6:30 pm , when, according to the police, the two were talking in front of a store and were approached by a couple of criminals, who would have approached already firing. None of the Brigadiers were on duty at the time of the action. When the exchange of fire starts, one goes behind the vehicle and L. goes forward. He exchanges shots and, when the criminals leave, he goes to the back of the car to see his colleague. At that moment, the other PM shoots him in the head. From the images, it is quite clear that one PM shoots at the other says police the director of the Homicide Division. An inquiry determines the circumstances of the fact, and the PM must be heard in the process. According to a Lieutenant Colonel, the dead PM was currently on leave and in the process of being excluded from the police force. He was responding to a lawsuit for drug trafficking and had already been arrested, a few years ago. |

~ Looks like the fellow brigadier shot him even though he looked at him right in the face before he did it. He probably gave the excuse that he thought he was one of the assailant shooters. ~ I wouldn't be surprized that the one who got shot had some debts to settle with the assailants, & the fellow brigadier who shot him thought he was in on it with them, since he already had a previous drug trafficking record. ~ They were going to get rid of him anyhow. |

Re: Off Duty Cop Shoots Other Cop in the Head when Approached by Shooting Criminals
I'm thinking the shooter HAD TO have hired the first two "robbers" who came up with guns, then once he realized the victim hadn't been killed by the hired hitmen, he finished the job himself and then ran away. He obviously recognized the guy he'd just been talking to and shot him on purpose. Probably related to corruption on some level. |
