I am in no means a homeless supporter and I agree that they usually are a nuisance in large cities, but this is murder plan and simple. The man did not physically attack anyone and seemed to be frustrated about his food and living situation. He might have been a little grumpy because he was likely hangry but the level of restraint was grossly inappropriate. Even when they had control of the situation they failed to move to a less restrictive form of restraint. Instead this guy chose to continue to obstruct his airway. Worsening the matter was his failure to render aid when the man was unresponsive. As a "Marine" you are taught basic life support. You can rely on your training to kill but not to save a life? In the coming days or weeks you will see him charged. The guy who helped hold him down might also get charged with something to a lesser degree.
