The marine murdered the dude. He could have lossened his grip on his neck. The others watching could have asked the marine to release him. Disgusting. No. Because it could open up other people to do the same for much more insidious motives.

He killed the guy, I do not think he intended to but he did. And I do not believe race was involved at all!@. He should be charged for something for the same reasons in my first paragraph.

Is the world safer without the man who died? Yes!!! Is the marine likely to hurt someone again? No!.

The greater good and moality of the situation is separate from law.

I would give him a non official thank you metal for rendering this person no longer threat. The marine probably saved more lives by taking this one out. It was only a matter of time before this person killed someone else.

They did ask and the black man that was holding him down told some of the crowd that the marine wasn't sqeezing him anymore.
Still enough obviously to cut blood to the brain.
