Re: NYC Subway Passenger Acting Erratically Put Into Deadly Chokehold by Marine
Murder/execution is not an acceptable de facto legal or moral 'punishment' for a person being aggressive, (even if habitually so), mentally ill and/or homeless. To relinquish morality and the rule of law, means to give in to mob mentally and anarchy. At that point, one becomes demonstrably worse than even those they purport to despise. |

Re: NYC Subway Passenger Acting Erratically Put Into Deadly Chokehold by Marine
That's also why you want some safety nets in your society, which the united states is clearly lacking. Even if this man is a dysfunctional slob who wouldn't be able to keep a job. With some social aid program this guy would have a place to be bored in and some food to not have to beg in the streets. You can think you can have enough police to control these guys, but you'll end up paying more $50 000 salaried police officer who will still just come after the fact and you will probably still want more because there will still be a lot of crimes, instead of the 20 000$ you would have paid for social aid instead. oh and you pay for their prison anyway which is more then those safety nets too. Shitty cavemen politic don't solve these issues unfortunately. Btw i'm not saying you think like this, but a lot of americans do and it's hurting them. |

If you’ve ever choked anyone out before you know it only takes about 15-20 seconds before they’re unconscious.. the guy held him in a choke hold for 15 minutes. That’s why he’s getting charged. He could have just choked him unconscious but he had to be a |

Black citizens kill them self acting like that. Walk into traffic, get hit by car. Go to a place like NY and act crazy (dude had active felony for assaulting a 69 year old woman) then I’m glad he’s gone. Human trash. |
