Re: NYC Man Dies Trying to Hop Subway Turnstile
For the Love of Christ, luck was not on his drunken side that day. Poor dumb bastard. You'd think being Soo Loaded he would fall to the ground in one of the attempts and simply crawl under the dam bar. God does have a sense of humor in culling the herd in his supreme fashion.

Re: NYC Man Dies Trying to Hop Subway Turnstile
Yes, people act stupid when drunk, I had the chance to verify the fact on my own when I was about 24 y.o. I was walking home one night, drunk as hell, about one block away from my house I suddenly felt the urge to urinate, the street was dark but I didn't want to get caught by a cop so I walked trying to find a place where to do it without being out in the open, I walked four blocks trying to find the right place and ended up urinating all over myself. Had I walked just one block straight home that would have never happened. When I started urinating all over myself I realized I had walked 4 blocks and that I should have just walked home instead, I felt so stupid realizing how alcohol made me act in such a retarded way, my reasoning had gone the way of the Dodo. |
