Was this a random attack/was the victim just an innocent bystander? Cos that is pretty scary if people are being targeted and killed for no reason. I’ll be looking to move out of big cities if this is the case

Thankfully, I’m not American so I don’t have choose between the truly odious politicians your two main parties keep putting up for election, but the idea that slashing police budgets is going to make the streets safer is as stupid as you evidently are.
