A 33-year-old man was stabbed to death on a Bronx street by an attacker later seen ripping off his vest and shirt to avoid being recognized by cops, police said Tuesday.

J.W. was knifed in the abdomen on E. 167th St. near Sheridan Ave. about 7:45 p.m. on Monday after getting into a quarrel with his killer, cops said.

Shocking surveillance video obtained by the Daily News shows Williams, dressed in red basketball shorts, exchanging words with his killer outside Associated Fresh Supermarket.

Another young man attempted to restrain the suspect, but couldn’t control him, and the suspect aggressively approached 'J'. He then charged at him, and the stabber made a plunging motion with a knife during their struggle.

'J' stepped back and looked down in shock at his bleeding torso, the video shows. He held his side before collapsing face-first on the sidewalk.

Medics rushed him to Lincoln Hospital, but he could not be saved. He lived in the Baychester Houses.
