I'm actually skeptical about the shooting. I zoomed and slowed the footage and couldn't detect any bullets striking the truck door or glass. Sounds too loud for a .22cal. TBH, I think he may have fired blanks...

Carrying a revolver for self defense in this day and age is moronic, looks like he was having a hard time pulling the trigger (Must have had a 14+ pounds trigger pull) causing him to jerk the trigger and become so inaccurate at close range, typical of people buying a CCW and stuffing it in a holster never spending time at the range for practice.
