A crazy guy in my state did the same thing…stole a Cadillac suv from a woman and turned it into a missive flying through red lights. One of which I was at but he barely the missed the cars going the intersection…he continued on a killed a woman and her two kids at the next intersection.

I mean… to be fair. Had this happened in India, Bangladesh, or other countless countries… most likely he wouldn’t have survived….hence no future to worry about. Sucks for him, for sure, though. Perhaps a gofundme.
