It is weird. Did you upload the video to the post (by clicking 'select files from your computer')? If you did, I can't understand why it didn't embed. Edit: I've just gone to quote your original post + now I see what has happened. You have the 'attach' brackets around the video file, they're only necessary for photos to embed.

Yes, I used 'select files from your computer', but then I have to use the "paperclip" icon to attach the file into the post, and that automatically adds the 'attach' brackets around a 6-digit number. Do I have to manually remove those 'attach' brackets? Then all you will see in the post will be a 6-digit number, but no video file...
