Xie Ming Yong, a drug offense suspect barricaded himself in a apartment unit, and when the police finally got into the apartment, he pointed his gun at the officer and refused to comply with the demand to put the gun down. What happened next the police fired numerous rounds of bullets and killed him on spot.

At the end of the clip, an officer is heard saying "call the medical examiner" instead of calling medics

Well, he got enough warnings. I'm impressed with the cops giving him that much tolerance.
