There are Nigerians in the USA committing crime, that's an absolute certainty - within their diaspora there is a disproportionately large group of fraudsters and other such undesirables.

But whose fault it is has little to do with Biden or recent democratic governments. Nigerians have been emigrating en masse to first world countries since travel became affordable after the 1950s.
