Estelí, Nicaragua A 28-year-old cyclist, Álvaro F.R.R., was killed when he was struck and run over by a truck on the Pan-American Highway. He was on his way to complete the paperwork for obtaining an identity card. He leaves behind a wife and three daughters, including a one-month-old baby. |

He got run over by bald tires. Less of him stuck between the tracks and was easier to wash off too.  |
