TRANSLATION:

Nothing really to be translated, th reporter just says that the guy have JUST been shot in the head a minute bfore the camera start filming and later he asks the officer if the guy is still alive. Nothing wrong or disrespectful on my point of view. th guy is still alive btw.

It happened on the city neighbour to mine (although I'm living in London now), it is a very small city that hardly knows this type of crime.
