She's obviously beating on the black suv because she cannot believe what's in front of her amd it's the closest thing near her. It's a very normal reaction to seeing your daughter cut in half under a car that you cannot move, try as she did. It's just the closest thing to her.

Depends. We can notice and make decisions (including political / immigration-policy ones) taking into account aggregate national and ancestral population-level observations and patterns, and to some this is 'racist enough' (I would call this 'weak racism', arguably the kind many if not most humans are guilty of to some degree) to be objectionable, but as long you recognize the huge overlap in even non-identical or offset bell curves (and consequently treat everyone as an individual where it's practical to do so) then you can avoid the 'strong racism' that's considered to be so morally objectionable by most (and is often just plain incorrect.)
