There are millions of people all across North America and Europe that sell drugs and earn a fair living with no violence or threat of violence at all ever. The marijuana in my community is almost entirely locally produced and circulated. Not sure where violence would need to fit in to horticulture, sales of goods, or smoking marijuana recreationally.
