What is with this behavior of answering the door armed without knowing whats outside? Righteous or not its just stupid. If it's the cops, you're dead. If its a criminal, you're literally opening the door for them. I see it so often lately, just stay in cover until you know what the fuck is up. |

It doesn't matter if he answered the door with a gun. He's legally entitled to do it. The police had no legal right to be on his property. And in a place where you're supposed to feel safest, he's killed by the people who are supposed to protect him. The police are a fucking joke. |

The individual cops involved in this situation are just minions who were told over their radios that shit was going down at this address, they thought it was the right address. When the guy came out the door with a gun, they thought it was the perp. When the wife fired at them, they returned fire like anyone in that situation would. Whoever is responsible for the mix up should go to prison and the department and city should be sued into the stone age.
