The Islamic State terrorists armed themselves when they took over Fallujah and Ramadi early in 2014. They captured scores of vehicles and heavy machine guns, supplied to the Iraqi army by the USA. This weaponary combined with a series of devastating suicide bomb attacks, under the command of highly experienced leaders such as Al-Shishani and Al-Bilawi, allowed ISIS to rout the Iraqi 2nd Division from it's base in Mosul, capturing supplies for 30,000 soldiers, including tanks and heavy artillery. This was a massive military blunder on the part of the Iraqi Army, to have not destroyed their equipment before retreating, but the speed and ferocity of the assault apparently caught them off guard and most fled for their lives. Many stayed and fought and were subsequently captured then executed at the banks of the river Tigris, which was shown in a video that was on this website. I believe it has been taken down now as I cannot find it here anymore. But the point is, there was no secret operation to arm ISIS, they were already doing a great job of it themselves. There have been some stupid mistakes made aswell by the Obama administration in Syria, when they armed groups associated with Al Nusra who then went on to defect and fight for ISIS, but that is another story. The vast majority of ISIS's weapons came from the capture of the 2nd Division army base in Mosul. |

Are you joking? From the US maybe? Everybody should know now that from that start of all that shit there was the us led invasion of the middle East. They supported the past years FSA Al Nusra and whatsoever which is the same as isis in conclusion so Feeded and created by the US to "regime change" and grow their empire. Unfortunately it again didn't worked. The USA can't do anything right since 70 years. |
