Happened in May:
A man tied hands and feet is beheaded by 3 members who claim to be from the Tijuana Nueva Generación Cartel and Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel.

These appear uniformed with tactical clothing similar to the one used by state preventive police and ministerial agents in Tijuana.

They wear beige shorts and blue shirt, bulletproof vest and long arms.

Before decapitating they mention a series of names to which they threaten to also take the life to them as they assure to have them located.

State and municipal authorities say that these 2 cartels are the most bloodthirsty and responsible for most of the murders in the city of Tijuana.
