I'm pretty sure the guy's fine. If you look closely you can see him still standing when the container is almost all the way to the bed of the truck.

If you watch it in slow mo, it missed him, he was slightly further back than the load when it fell, result is if you watch him, when its falling in slow mo, he doesnt fold or crumple, it acrually missed him ! |
