You're right about it being liver. Just rewatched it a few times

I saw a distinct lobe and put it down to a lung as they have lobes (right has 3, left has 2) but size and bulk appears to be liver - and it's got lobes too! Expelled lung think would be flatter as air escapes.

Those lobes don't half cause confusion
