My mother had a wound just like that from the dash in the car she crashed into a pole. It was nasty but got me my 1st Dilaudids.

that is a subluxed dislocation and possibly fractured (L) tibia/fibula... She is going to need some traction to keep it reduced.. Complete destruction of all the primary ligaments and tendons.. Lots of morphine and rest for this poor lady :( |
