Naked, Murdered Mexican Man is Found Hanging From Bridge
In San Luis Potosí state, Mexico, the naked, bloody corpse of an unidentified man was found hanging from a vehicular bridge. According to a legislator, the murder was committed by criminal groups to "heat up the plaza".
