Yeah yeah, everyone wants to blame the cop, but I remember this one episode of Forensic Files that I saw, where a serial arsonist tried to blame the voices in his head for setting multiple fires, including one fire that killed one or more people. One of the victim's relatives was interviewed, and her response was: "Well, if the voices in your head were telling you to light fires, why didn't you light your own mother's house on fire?" The point is, there are some things you just don't do, no matter HOW crazy you are, THINK you are, or want the world to BELIEVE you are. Just like it was ingrained in that arsonist's mind that setting his own mother's house on fire was unconscionable, something else that should be ingrained in the public's mind is this: If a police officer orders you to drop down, and you choose to behave aggressively, it is within their right to put your ass down. Really. It's just as simple as that. When officers are trying to apprehend you, it is NOT the time to try to make a point, to show how manly you are, to demonstrate all the wrongs with the system. Just get on the facking ground. |

Of course it would be wise to listen to police who points a gun at you but still, they cops should think really hard whether shooting somebody is really mandatory. I can't believe how many bootlickers are on this site. I bet you're just waiting for some nazi pig to tell you to bend over.
