Re: Myanmar Resistance Fighters Burned Alive
Interesting, considering so many Millions of black people are muslim. And so many banners, clothing, etc.. in islam, is/are black. Also, it is interesting how in most cultures, that black is considered unclean, evil, etc.. and White is considered pure, good, etc. |

“Just a side note, this method seems much more effective than the tire necklace ritual of Africa. Just saying.” It’s the ‘lower fat’ version of the same recipe, because they’re not allowed to sit and stew in their own juices… |

Re: Myanmar Resistance Fighters Burned Alive
You actually mention a relevant point that most black people (who are Muslims) don't know about. The Haddiths (teachings based on the Quran but which cannot be separated from the religion since doing so would make you an apostate(heretic) specifically do happen to talk about black people. As you might guess, the references towards black people have not been positive. Here is a taste. Sahih al-Bukhari 33261: “God created Adam when He created him and struck his right shoulder and brought forth his offspring white like small ants. And he struck his left shoulder and brought forth his offspring black as though they were charcoal. Then He said to the party on his right side, ‘To paradise, and I do not care’ and He said to the party in his left shoulder, ‘To hell, and I do not care’.” Sahih al-Bukhari 6932: "Narrated Anas bin Malik: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, "You should listen to and obey, your ruler even if he was an Ethiopian (black) slave whose head looks like a raisin." Ibn Ishaq:2431""I heard the Apostle say: ‘Whoever wants to see Satan should look at Nabtal!’ He was a black man with long flowing hair, inflamed eyes, and dark ruddy cheeks…." If some Muslim tries to refute you on the Haddiths saying that it is disputed, they are full of shit. 'Sahih al-Bukhari' is the highest grade of authenticity possible. So, your initial instincts were right. There definitely is a negative view of black people in Islam. I've even seen some videos on youtube of black muslims experiencing discrimination (and were surprised about it) in some Muslim countries. There are more references, but I am just getting you started. |

Re: Myanmar Resistance Fighters Burned Alive
There's only a few videos that affect me and this one. I got really panicky watching this and actually had to click off. Call me a wuss and all that, but that was a big 'nope' for me |
