oh, they definitely sounded surprised. The initial reaction I’m sure was from them all looking to the right to see where the rocket blasted off to (kind of an excited “whoa!”). then the turn their heads back to the left and see what happened to their buddy (the “oohhh!”). You can almost imagine their heads moving based on the reaction from their voices.
