Oh boy well this is often done to desensitize the soldier. Playing football with a head and all kinds of stuff is very common. War is very ugly and no time to gasp when someones body opens up in front of you just time to move to the next target. Anyway that is what is going on here more than them being cruel. I suspect anyway it is more common than you think and would be surprised at the forces that do it.

holy fucking shit..... Those individuals that were getting mutilated where well loved and respected by thier peers as well demonstrated in this video. Im sure the penis removals were done while they were alive.. I mean fuck, wouldnt that be the ideal and most malicious way to do it?
