Mutilated Female Body Found on Jalan De Julio 25 Ecuador
A mutilated body was found in front of the Valdivia clinic belonging to the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute (IESS), on a busy highway connecting the southern port city with the city center. According to police sources, the victim was a woman; however, her identity and the motive for the murder and dismemberment remain unknown. The alert was issued at 7:16 PM, after the violent incident was reported.
