These are Abu Sayyaf Muslims. Back in May, they kidnapped the victim, a 62 years old captain (Rodolfo Buligao)along with two of his shipmates in Aliguay Island in Dapitan City. The Abu Sayyaf demanded P1-million ransom for each of the 3 kidnap victims. On Sunday, August 9, the family of alleged Abu Sayyaf hostage victim Rodolfo Buligao was celebrating because they were told by his abductors that he was going to be released soon. Two days later, on August 11, the military found a beheaded body of a man believed to be Buligao. It was spotted along an intersection in Barangay Laum Maimbung in Sulu's Maimbung town. No reports on the other two men.  |

Dudes eyes were creepy for sure... That was actually pretty efficient and quick beheading in comparrison to the many other beheadings in the DR collection. |

I've noticed I most beheadings (or my imagination), when the head is lifted up, a couple of seconds pass before the face and eyes relax. This guy's forehead still looked angry. Unbelievably creepy. |

I thought that the ismillah was going to last forever. Decapitation was great and the guy died like a man. Respect for him - not so much for these assholes.
