A corpse with a bullet in the head was found in a ravine on the road to Tepic to San Blas, at the height of the Mirador del Aguila.
Although they initially failed to establish whether a death was linked to organized crime, it was later confirmed that the deceased had a head wound caused by a firearm projectile.
The deceased was transferred to the Forensic Medical Service facilities where they performed the autopsy, while the Attorney General testified to the facts and investigating officers were ordered to gather more evidence of the execution.
