An armed incident occurred at kilometer 180 of #SanSebastián, in the Cuatro Caminos sector of Retalhuleu, resulting in the death of one person, who has been identified by family members as Robin Chai.

THIS was DONE by one of the librarians over there! They are VERY VENGEFUL in Guatemala, not like the little old lady librarians I knew as a kid, who would pardon you from your 2 cents library fine, and tell you to be more careful in the future. Down there, you may as well owe a drug lord a large sum of money, as to have let your book "Gone With The Wind" get 4 days late! It's because of all the Librarians down in Central and South America being escaped ex-Nazis from Europe, drunk with power from being appointed "Library Collector-Fuhrers!" They are the LAST people still wearing the little "Death's Head" insignias!  |
