I remember seeing this...It's a argument between neighbors..The guy on the ground had been violently harassing the dude doing the shooting for weeks, before this incident took place.

A shooting death was captured on a video installed for security purposes on the porch of a home. The man accused in the killing set up the camera.
"It shows the assailant drawing a handgun from the back of his pants and firing repeatedly," said Homicide Commander Lt. Greg Snider. "The victim fell to the porch."
Charles Blankenship, 20, was shot to death during an argument early Tuesday in front of Charles Cole's home, police said. Cole, 44, is charged with murder.
The entire 3:45 a.m. shooting was recorded on video.
"You can hear a conversation between the two and it shows the victim beginning to walk up the steps, onto the porch," Snider said.
The tape shows the victim falling down on the porch, he said. "The tape continued to run and it recorded the actions of people afterwards," he said. Cole installed the camera several weeks ago after he had been harassed.

check the cops archives, I mean the show. I believe the first time I saw this was on late night network tv. aka cops or worlds craziest criminals, somthing like that.
