Murder in Barber Shop - India.

A murder witness, Virender Kumar, was shot dead by three assailants at his barber shop in Sersa village of Sonepat district. CCTV footage shows three masked men arrive on a motorcycle before two of them take turns to fire at Virender while he is attending to a customer.
The assailants flee after firing in the air. Virender’s family that stayed nearby rushes to his rescue.

According to information, Virendra's father, Jai Bhagwan, told that a year ago a man was killed in this shop. In that incident, Virendra was also injured by a bullet. Virendra was the main witness of that incident. Virendra also gave testimony in court. Jai Bhagwan told that his son was getting threats of killing him. For this reason, CCTV camera was installed in the shop.

According to Jai Bhagwan, the police was also informed about the threats to Virendra. Virendra's family members say that if the police had acted on time, then Virendra's life could have saved.

They also claim that they have identified one of the attackers captured in CCTV cameras. The police took two hours to reach the scene.

A large number of people gathered and protested. On the spot, SDM Nishant Yadav and Tehsildar Hitendra Sharma assured the killers of early arrest. Regarding accusations of inaction on the police, officials said that strict action will be taken against those who will be found guilty in the investigation. Along with financial support, Virendra's family also provided security with confidence.

Horrible. I hate seeing honest, working men who refused to be intimated ruthlessly slaughtered like. But I need to see things like this every now and then to remind myself just what a wretched, murderous species we are
