Municipal Guard Shot and Killed 3 People at a Bar Because He Was Angry
Municipal guard F.B. shot at several people who were at a bar in north Rio. Reason: he was angry, pulled out a pistol and shot and killed three people, leaving several others injured. The victims were identified as A. d. S. R, D. F. G. S. and A.P. L. According to witnesses, F.B. is a resident of the region and suffered from psychological disorders and a complete nutjob. Even after the arrival of the police, this crazy fucker still shot at a car, but was immobilized, arrested and also injured in the action.  |

Wow. The State has a lot to answer for. Big lawsuits to pay up. How and Why did they allow someone with psychological issues become a State employee. A guard. WTF? |
