so, after "disposed" the body, thrown away the sofa, mob the floor and clean the wall, they can sell the house for high price again. May be the new owner be able to see a young woman always sleeping on their new sofa at night when the light is off.

That's my thought. The smell had to be horrible. I went on vacation for 4 days, when I opened my door when I got home, there was a smell of death and flies everywhere. I had caught a mouse in a trap under my sink. So if that little mouse smelled that bad, you know that poor woman's smell had to be 100×worse.
