Happy New Year Ecuador.

On the last day of 2023 five people died after an armed attack during the afternoon of December 31.

The young people were approached by hitmen, while they were traveling along the road. There were more people in the place, who took refuge inside the premises of the sector.

The bodies were left lying on the road while curious onlookers recorded videos that later circulated on social networks, others tried to verify vital signs or called an ambulance. So far there is no official report from the National Police regarding this fact.
