yes. He ran out of ammunition after hitting the fat guy up. He was shot from 2 different angles too lol.

No. He was already on crutches prior to this happening. He was actually involved in the initial fight that started this whole shit in the first place. There is footage from the inside that shows him hopping around getting into a fist fight with a group a people.
