Mp Officer Reacts to Armed Robbery but Gets Shot and Dies
Brazil, Joao, 20, was arrested on suspicion of having shot and killed Rafael, 23, last night. The assailant was arrested two hours after committing the crime in front of his girlfriend's house.  According to the Civil Police, Joao said in testimony that "he was in the right to shoot" the MP officer to defend himself, because the victim reacted to the robbery.  Before killing the officer, the suspect was a pest in the neighborhood and had already stolen four cellphones from residents. |

The sound appears to be off by about 40 seconds. The shots fired sand him tripping over the bike are heard about 40 seconds later. |

yeah im kinda confused. im guessing that the mp is the one on the bike? or maybe he was guy on side walk? no idea at this point. all I know is they both died from the description and that guy in white shirt trips on the bike after being shot.
