Since HYPRTCKR didn't break this one down as well as I would have liked.. The truck was taking a left turn on a green light, lawfully. He swings to the right a little to help clear the turn and it looks like that's when he hits scooty (to use the proper DR terminology) delivery driver. Scooty driver was riding the white line between two big rigs (Laury?) like an idiot and got himself a bit shaken up as a result.  |

This must happen several times a day. After seeing how the cars, trucks, and scooters drive, I don’t know how there are still so many people alive. These countries seem to have very few traffic laws.
