Motorcyclist Is Struck by Illegally-Turning Minivan, Gets Run Over by Truck
Chapecó, Santa Catarina, Brazil A 26-year-old motorcyclist died after a serious accident on the access road to BR-480 on Wednesday afternoon (18). Security camera footage shows the moment the driver of a Fiat Fiorino minivan makes an illegal turn and crosses the road, hitting the motorcycle that was traveling on the stretch. With the impact, the motorcyclist is pushed into another lane of the highway and, subsequently, is run over by a truck. Teams from the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU) were called, but all they could do was confirm death at the scene. |
