They were coming around that bend way too fast. IMO, if he and the passenger leaned as much as possible to their right, while letting off on the throttle and applying lightly on front brake (not rear), might have given them a chance to survive. Bottom Line: Windy roads and excessive speed will kill, especially when you have a passenger. |

It also doesn't help having a big ass truck coming towards you in the opposite direction.
