I'm pretty sure Doc Thrumpkins translated it as "Shamu the killer whale was driving". But that was the Mandarin version, so maybe I'm wrong.

Though the truck driver is obviously at fault (and he knew it), the operator of the motorcycle was definitely speeding! Incidentally, the most traumatic injuries from such pathologies are actually not visible, excluding of course massive exsanguination, fractured skulls, etc. That is the severe organ/internal damage from the forces involved of coming to a complete stop instantaneously!
