Leonardo de Souza Valley biker, 21, and passenger, Rodrigo Souza Franco, 16, died in an accident between a motorcycle they were riding and a truck on US- 101 North.

According to the Federal Highway Police, the accident occurred between the motorcycle,a Honda CG 125, and a Scania trailer.

Police reported that, in a curve, the motorcycle invaded the opposite lane and ran into the truck. The two occupants of the bike, Romualdo de Souza Vale, and Rodrigo Souza Franco, died at the scene.

The driver of the trailer was not injured. According to the feds, the highway was closed in middle lane for four hours and was fully released around 8am on Saturday.
