Ecuador a country with fewer resources than the Dominican Republic has much better emergency equipment. A perfect example of how some countries actually spend money on their citizens. In the DR. I have seen only fuckkked up ambulances. However, all of the actual victim transportation has been done in the back of trucks or the trunks of private cars.  For all you Dominican truth deniers see how other countries actually treat human beings.

It's always important as a first responder to accidents like this to be there as quickly as possible so you can be sure to film his last gasps and agonal breathing. Failing that and you arrive too late, you can at least get a good close-up of his dead eyes staring upwards at nothing. That's for sure, but you forgot Central America, going from north to south: North America has Canada, The US and Mexico. Central America has Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama. South America has: Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, French Guyana, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay For a total of 23 countries in continental America, just the same number of chromosomes in humans so you never forget it. The caribean countries not included. |
