Motorcyclist Dies After Burning In Crash 29.08.2025 - A man died in an accident involving three vehicles, two motorcycles and a trailer at kilometre 140.8 of the North-South Expressway (PLUS) near Perai, here, this afternoon. The motorcycle ridden by the victim, Muhammad S. R, 28, was also charred by flames following the accident. Penang Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) Assistant Director of Fire and Rescue Operations Division, John Sagun Francis, said a team of personnel from the Perai Fire and Rescue Station (BBP) rushed to the scene upon receiving an emergency call at 1.16pm. He said the accident involved the victim's Yamaha 135 LC motorcycle and another Honda Dash motorcycle and a trailer. "There were three victims, two riders and a trailer driver with a 37-year-old Honda Dash rider slightly injured. Speedy bike took out the other along with himself. Hopefully the guy who was on the other bike wasn’t the guy who ended up under the wheels.  .
