Motorcross Gang Warfare
Perplexing footage of a dude having his punishment met by being dragged behind a motorcycle through town. All seemed good and reasonable to me, until I heard, what I swear is, French. I just assumed this was Brazil. I even had "Brazilian Easy Riders" on the post's title short list.

Oh yeah, Haiti. Where I found it had it described as rival punishment, pretty implicit drug gang language. There isn't a lot of footage like that out of Africa.
